Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi recently shared intimate details about their wedding, which took place four months ago in Italy. The couple, who quietly married earlier this year, posted photos from their ceremony on Instagram and celebrated their union with sweet captions. Millie Bobby Brown, 20, and Bongiovi, who is the 22-year-old son of Jon Bon Jovi and Dorothea Hurley, “Forever and always, your husband,” Bongiovi captioned their post, while Brown wrote, “Forever and always, your wife.
In her post, Brown showed off her stunning custom Gallia Lahav gown and cathedral veil at the ceremony. In one flirty image, she’s in a strapless satin minidress, blowing bubblegum and wearing her husband’s bowtie. It was probably her second reception dress, as she wore a beautiful floor-length lace Oscar de la Renta gown as she cut their impressive wedding cake under a glittering canopy of disco balls.
Bongiovi tagged Tom Ford in his post, in which he is wearing an ivory suit jacket, black boat shoes and black dress pants. In one photo, he poses with dad Bon Jovi, who is sporting a similar look. Brown’s onscreen dad from “Stranger Things,” Matthew Modine, is also seen officiating the ceremony.
The couple got married at the picturesque Villa Cetinale Roman, a Baroque-style villa in Tuscany, with a small gathering of close friends and family. Wedding photographer Sandra von Riekhoff’ describes the event as a “bijou collection of friends and family,” highlighting its expertly crafted design.
On her experience getting married at a young age, the “Stranger Things” breakout star told BBC’s “The One Show” that they got married as a “very small family ceremony” while looking after Millie Bobby Brown and Bon Jovi’s son, Sofia Richie. Bon Jovi confirmed the couple’s marriage, saying they were living a “great” and “absolutely fantastic” life.
He expressed his happiness for them, “The bride looked beautiful and Jake is happy.” Bon Jovi said in a clip from the show shared on X.
