Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are expecting their first child as a couple

Megan Fox is expecting her fourth child, and her first with fiancé Machine Gun Kelly. The actress, 38, made the announcement on Instagram on Monday. She shared a striking photo of herself cradling her baby bump, her body covered in what looked like black paint. In another image, Fox showed a positive pregnancy test. She also tagged Kelly in the post, writing, “Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back.” Fox has three children from her previous marriage to actor Brian Austin Green.

The announcement comes about a year after Megan Fox revealed that she and Machine Gun Kelly had experienced a pregnancy loss. In a previous interview, Fox opened up about the emotional toll it took on her and Kelly. She described the experience as something completely new for her, saying, “I’ve never been through anything like that before in my life.” As a mother of three, she said the loss was particularly hard for both of them, adding that it set them on an unpredictable and intense journey together.

Megan Fox has spoken candidly about her miscarriage with Machine Gun Kelly in her debut poetry book. The emotional experience was also reflected in Kelly’s February song, “Don’t Let Me Go,” where he rapped about the loss. In the lyrics, he expressed deep sorrow, saying, “How do I live with the fact that my hand wasn’t on her stomach when we lost the baby? I don’t have anyone to turn to because everyone who tried to raise me is gone.” The song captures the grief and isolation Kelly felt during that difficult time.

Megan Fox has three children with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green, while Machine Gun Kelly has a daughter with his former partner, Emma Cannon. The couple announced their engagement in January 2022. However, in a March interview, Fox revealed that she and Kelly had briefly called off their engagement, though she chose not to elaborate on the current status of their relationship.

Megan Fox shared that she has learned from her relationship with Machine Gun Kelly that their personal life is not something for the public to consume. When asked about the status of their relationship, she declined to provide details, saying, “I don’t have a comment on the status of the relationship, per se.” However, she did describe Kelly as her “twin soul,” emphasizing that no matter what happens, there will always be a deep, lasting connection between them.
