Emporio Armani collection seduces with textures, softness at Milan Fashion Week

At Milan Fashion Week on Saturday, Giorgio Armani showcased his Fall-Winter 2025-2026 Emporio Armani menswear collection, titled “Seductive.” Despite being 90 years old, the designer proved his youthful spirit with a collection focused on rich textures and shiny surfaces. The collection featured velvet three-piece suits adorned with delicate watch chains, sleek ribbed lurex knitwear, and luxurious corduroy pants paired with lug-sole shoes. Urban-inspired outerwear included belted trenches, oversized leather coats with deep slits, and long faux fur pieces. Silken scarves were creatively knotted like ties, adding a visual twist beneath blazers.

The runway show, held in Armani’s theater, opened and closed with a soundtrack of wind blowing, perhaps symbolizing a call for awareness of global warming. The show began with models dressed as mountaineers in color-block parkas in shades of purple, pink, olive, and brown, carrying climbing gear. The final looks featured an urban couple dressed for a party yet prepared for the cold, bundled in stylish outerwear.

Armani, wearing his signature navy blue, took a bow before the audience, posing with the models afterward. Among the VIPs in attendance were U.S. actor Toby Wallace, Chinese actor and singer Zeng Shunxi, and model Lennon Gallagher.
