After receiving positive reviews for her hosting debut, comedian Nikki Glaser is set to return as the host for the 2026 Golden Globe Awards.

Dick Clark Productions, which produces the award show, confirmed on Thursday that Glaser will host the 83rd Golden Globes next January. Glaser, who made history as the first woman to host the event solo, received praise for her performance, which she humorously referred to as “Ozempic’s biggest night.”

“Hosting the Golden Globes this year was without a doubt the most fun I have ever had in my career,” Glaser said in a statement. “I can’t wait to do it again, and this time, in front of the team from ‘The White Lotus,’ who will finally recognize my talent and cast me in Season Four as a Scandinavian Pilates instructor with a shadowy past.”

The Golden Globes, which awarded top honors to The Brutalist, Emilia Pérez, Shōgun, and Hacks, attracted 9.3 million viewers, marking a 2% decrease from the previous year, according to Nielsen. Like this year, the ceremony will air on CBS and stream on Paramount+.

“Nikki Glaser brought a refreshing spark and fearless wit to the Golden Globes stage this year,” said Helen Hoehne, President of the Golden Globes. “Her sharp humor and bold presence set the tone for an unforgettable night, making the ceremony feel vibrant and, most of all, fun.”
