NBA rebounding leader, Domantas Sabonis, will be out indefinitely after suffering a left hamstring strain during the Sacramento Kings’ win over the Houston Rockets on Saturday night.

The Kings, currently half a game behind the Los Angeles Clippers for the No. 6 spot in the Western Conference, announced on Sunday that Sabonis has a Grade 1 hamstring strain. They plan to provide an update on his condition in a week.

The injury occurred early in the game when Sabonis pulled up and grabbed his left hamstring while running down the court. This season, he is averaging 19.5 points, 14.1 rebounds, and 6.2 assists in 56 games.
