Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker will not play in Sunday’s game against the Cardinals as part of Seattle’s push for an NFC West title. Walker, who had been listed as questionable due to ankle and calf injuries, did not show the expected improvement and has officially been ruled out by the team ahead of kickoff.
With Walker sidelined, Zach Charbonnet will take over as the primary running back for Seattle. Kenny McIntosh is the third-string back on the active roster, and the Seahawks have also promoted George Holani from the practice squad.
Seattle enters the game with a one-game lead over the Cardinals in the division, and a win would complete a season sweep of Arizona.
